Silk Screen Print
Silkscreen printing is a versatile method for applying solid-color designs on nearly any fabric type. BNSB Sports uses negative ink techniques instead of paper, producing sharper, more precise images.
Our advanced equipment handles complex designs with excellent coverage and accurate color matching, ensuring high-quality, professional results on every garment.
Flock Screen Printing
Flock screen printing uses synthetic fibers like cotton, rayon, or polyester applied over adhesive areas to create designs. This method produces a raised, velvety texture.
By layering flock-colored fibers over the adhesive, you achieve vibrant colors and a soft, embossed finish that adds a tactile, premium feel to your garments.
Water Based/Pigment
Screen Printing
Due to the water-based price of the color, pigment screen printing, also known as water-based screen printing, is a lot like discharge screen printing. Still, the resemblance is that the color is impacted by water-based instead of Plastisol-based liquids or liquids. This technique is primarily employed on white and light-colored fabrics.
Discharge Screen Print
Discharge screen printing removes the garment’s original dye in specific areas and replaces it with new ink, creating soft, vibrant designs. This method works best on dark-colored fabrics, producing a smooth, natural feel without the heavy texture of traditional screen prints. It’s ideal for detailed, high-quality graphics that remain soft to the touch.
Digital Printing
Digital printing is ideal for sports apparel, allowing high-resolution designs directly from computer files. It’s cost-effective, fast, and produces durable, lightweight garments suitable for athletes, teams, and clubs.
Compared to heat transfer stickers, digital printing is safer, more reliable, and long-lasting, enabling realistic, vibrant images that withstand heavy use without peeling or fading.
Glow in the Dark Printing
Glow-in-the-dark printing uses special neon inks to create designs that glow in low light. It works best on dark fabrics and is perfect for stylish, themed clothing lines. This technique highlights images in the dark, giving garments a fun, eye-catching effect.
Puff Screen Printing
Puff screen printing uses specialized puff inks to create a raised, vintage look on T-shirts, sweatshirts, or jackets. After the ink is applied, heat activates the puff effect, sometimes with Plastisol added for extra shine.
Though the print appears raised, it contains mostly air, so larger puffs can increase the risk of cracking. This technique adds texture and a retro aesthetic to garments.
Direct to Film
(DTF) Printing
Direct-to-Film printing is ideal for T-shirts, sports apparel, uniforms, and more, offering high-quality prints that are durable, fade-resistant, and long-lasting.
The process transfers images from a film onto fabric using a special light and heat, providing fast production, consistent quality, and excellent visibility. DTF is perfect for time-sensitive orders while ensuring reliable, vibrant results.
Direct To Garment (DTG)
Due to its industrial utilization and high cost, DTG is one of the easiest and best ways to print, but it also has a higher minimum requirement.
In addition, BNSB Sports provides the best possible quality print for a minimum order of only 100 pieces. BNSB Sports mission is to elevate clothing brands with its Direct to Garment printing services.
