FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What information do you need from a brand?
We require your company name, billing address, delivery address, and complete product details (designs, quantities, sizes, and customization requirements).
How long does sampling and production take?
Sampling typically takes 3–5 weeks, depending on complexity. Bulk production usually requires 6–10 weeks after sample approval and order confirmation.
Do you supply fabrics?
Yes. We operate on a fully sourced manufacturing basis. All fabrics are selected, sourced, and controlled by BNSB Sports.
Do you handle shipping?
We assist with shipping arrangements if required. Shipping costs are calculated after packing based on volume and weight. Responsibility transfers once goods leave our facility (FOB terms).
What are your minimum order quantities (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and fabric type. Generally, MOQs start from 100–150 units per style/color, with some custom fabrics requiring higher quantities.
Where are your factories located?
Our manufacturing operations are based in Sialkot, Pakistan, a globally recognized hub for sportswear production.
Are you an agent or a factory?
We are a direct manufacturer, working with specialized production units for fitness wear, sports uniforms, and streetwear, all under our quality control supervision.
Can you send fabric samples?
Yes. Fabric swatches can be provided based on your required composition, structure, and weight. We also offer fabric recommendations according to your budget and use case.
Do you work with startups?
Yes. We work with startups, private labels, and established brands, offering flexible solutions for every stage of growth.

- Prices are quoted only after receiving complete product details
- Final pricing is confirmed after sample approval and order quantity confirmation
- Tech packs or reference samples are required for development
- We do not accept customer-supplied fabrics
- All production is controlled and managed by BNSB Sports
